Shipping policy

Standard Delivery:

We process orders within 2 working days of purchase.

For parcels within Australia, shipping is between 2-9 working days.

For International parcels, shipping will vary depending on your location. A more accurate shipping time will be provided at checkout.

Shipping rates may vary depending on the destination address and selected shipping method.

FREE Local Pick-Up:

We have a local pick-up option which is available to customers within the Brisbane, QLD area (Australia).  

Select the 'FREE local pick-up' option at checkout, after you have entered your name and address. Please ensure you select this option only if you are able to collect your order within 7 working days. Once your order has been processed, you will be sent an email with the pick-up address and time details. 

International Shipping Rates:

YES, we have international shipping options. 

(United Arab Emirates, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, United States) - we will update this list once more international shipping rates become available.

Please note that shipping to certain countries may not be possible due to travel restrictions and limitations.

For international orders, shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding potential fees.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped; you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery. 

Address Accuracy:

Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct to avoid delays or mis-deliveries. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
